Terms Of Services

All services are given by “PCRDP.com & Subdomains” may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PCRDP from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Sites that promote any illegal activity or reflect PCRDP Servers or any different server on the Internet are even prohibited. Links to such things are also prohibited.

Anything that can result in Spamhaus listing, Phishing Sites / Scam Sites (ex: eBay/Paypal, CC/Password Scam sites), Mailbombers or any spam sites, DDoS originations, Spam email, auto surfers, Netscan / Hack programs and archives, Use of Virtual machines or its software, Malicious Scripts (ex: originate DDoS attacks or hack attempts), Botnet/Doorway/Carding/Jingling, Using RDP Server As SeedBox, BitCoin & Crypto Mining Banned in any form. Broadcasting and Streaming in Starter, Basic, Admin, Encoding, Botting, and USA Rdp is banned. Buy Streaming RDP from us for Streaming purposes.

Banned Activities:

The following activities are banned for use on all our servers and may not be run by any clients. These activities are banned since they are either illegal / harmful / malicious / increase server loads.

  • Any kind of Bots
  • Mining tools
  • Proxy Servers / Websites
  • DDoS / DoS / Brute Force tools
  • Any kind of E-mail spamming tools like AMS or TurboMaiiler
  • Hacking / Cracking / Carding
  • Mail Bombers
  • Any type of sniffers
  • IP Spoofer
  • Port Scanners
  • Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
  • All versions of UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Boards)
  • Fake Login Pages
  • Resource Hogging Software Which Takes CPU More Than 25%


[3] Buying RDP/VPS/Servers Services From Us:

By buying our servers and using our services, you agree with our Terms And Conditions. The Minimum Setup time for every order is 1 hour. However, during a Large number of Orders, it can take upto 2-3 hours. Kindly open a support ticket for any queries. We are glad to help you.

[4] Harm To Server Caused By You:

Any attempt to harm our servers is highly prohibited. Any violation of the Terms of Services mentioned above, your account will be canceled without any refund for sure.

[5] Harm To Other Clients Caused By You:

If we find a client being abused by another client, then we will Terminate his account from PCRDP for sure without refunding his balance.

[6] Harm To Support Team Caused By You:

Suppose we find a client being abused by the support team, member, administrator, the company, or any team member of the PCRDP Team. In that case, we will Terminate his account from PCRDP for sure without refunding his balance.

[7] Infringement:

Infringement of the above-defined rules should be immediately reported to admin(at)PCrdp.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

[8] Server Uptime Guarantee:

PCRDP guarantees 99.98% server uptime on all our RDP plans. If servers are found to be dead for a long time, you can ask for your remaining balance back. We also provide extra days to use your service if we find that your server is not working for a long time by our mistake. PCRDP reserves the right to alter any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimer without specific notification. We also retain the right to increase pricing and make changes to our account plans without notifications.

[9] 10% Late Fee (Overdue Invoices):

10% Late fee will be added on invoices that are not paid within the due date. no excuses will be accepted

[10] Adding Review On Trustpilot:

If you add a bad/negative review on Trustpilot about the poor quality of rdp & support without contacting us about a solution to your rdp problem will immediately suspend service until the issue is not resolved.

Some Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Admin Access Means Software installation rights ONLY. It does NOT mean FULL ADMIN. Full Admin Access is available only in Private RDP only.
  • There is NO admin access in Starter RDP and Trial RDP which means you do not Have the right to install software independently. You Can Request for Software installation and we will install it for you, and you can use it.
  • Encoding RDP is used for Video editing, Video Encoding, Video Compression, Image editing, and All kind of Encoding work. The Number of users is 12-14 per Server, But OBS and Xsplit Are Totally Banned In Our All RDP Plans.
  • Running Video Editing Tools in Admin RDP will result in Suspension of Service. It will NOT be tolerated.
  • Running TRAFFIC Bots in Browser/Basic/Admin and Encoding RDP will also result in Suspension of Service.
  • Running Streaming Software in Browser/Basic/Admin and Encoding RDP will also result in Suspension of Services.
  • Any Kind of Hacking and Cracking activities will not be tolerated, and the services will be Suspended immediately.
  • Using HIGH CPU, RAM, and Misuse of resources will also result in the suspension of services.


Note 1: If you violate our ToS, no refund will be made at any cost.

Note 2: You agreed to our ToS and \ Refund Policy & Admin Plan Policy during payment, hence paypal / stripe or any other payment mode will also read our Policies and make refunds based on our Refund Policy.

Note 4: If Any Payment Gateway Charge Fee Then We Charge Payment Gateway Fee From Client. Payment Gateway Fee Will Be Automatically Calculated upon Invoice Generation

You, the customer, are our Number one priority, and so, we, at PCRDP provide a 24 Hours Money Back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and are having any discrepancies with it. Th reason above has to be mentioned, and our qualified technicians will come up with the root of the problem and provide you with a suitable solution. If by any chance, there are discrepancies regarding our product, we ensure a safe and reliable guarantee for the refund of your money, as bound by moral obligation. Transaction & Setup fees will NOT be refunded.

[1] Refunds on grounds of the pretexts mentioned below will not be accepted:

  • Ignorance of the proper usage of RDP
  • Unsuitable network connection at the client’s end
  • Other technical reasons at the client’s end prevent them from using our product to its optimal efficiency.
  • Issues concerning third-party software. ( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)
  • The refund policy does not apply to the All USA/UK RDP Plans product category.
  • Invalid claims or silly reasons are NOT eligible for a refund.

*Payments Made With Crypto are non-refundable. 24 hours refund policy is not applied to Invoices paid with Crypto Currencies.

*PCRDP strictly does not condone Hacking/ Bruteforcing/ Mass Mailing Tools. They are illegal, and hence clients will not be able to use them with the servers provided by us.

[2] Private RDP/VPS Policy:

  • We Don’t have any Refund Policyfor our Private RDP Servers OR USA Location RDP.
  • If we found any server fault (hardware related), will fix it as soon as can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
  • We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.

Note 1: If you violate our Terms Of Services, Admin Plan Policy & RDP Usage Rules, no refund will be made at any cost.

Admin Plan Policy

[1] What Is Encoding And Admin RDP Plans Policies:

We had configured our admin servers so that any fraud user who just wants to harm our users/server can’t do anything. We are explaining our policy here. In encoding & admin plan does not have full admin rights. However, you can be able to execute yours. Exe files in this plan. Not all software can be installed on this plan. If you have any software which can’t be installed, you can contact our support team. If the software is in our allowed list, they will install that for you.

[2] Why We Do Not Allow Full Admin Access In Shared Admin Plans?

As you know, many users just want to ruin others' work and business. They purchase the admin plan and use their admin power to add extra users, change the server IP address, install malware, and change the system settings, which can make the server unusable, offline. As a quality rdp provider, we have to stop this activity and provide our users a secure & quality rdp experience. Don't worry about your custom software. Our team is available for you to install your software. We provide temporary full admin access only if we think you really need that to configure the setting of your software or anything.

  • We Do Not Allow Any Types of Hacking/Cracking/Bruteforcing Activities/Mining/Streaming/Mass Mailing On Our Servers.
  • Abusing Server CPU, RAM Usage For More Than 5 Minutes Will Not Be Tolerated And Can Result in In-Service Suspension.
  • No Email Marketing/Mass Emailing Is Allowed Expect Our Spamming RDP Plans.
  • No Vmware/Emualtor Software Is Allowed Extect Our Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans.
  • No Traffic Bots Are Allowed Expect Our Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans.
  • Streaming Is Not Allowed Expect Our Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans.

  • Live Streaming Software’s (Except in Cheap Streaming RDP & Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers)
  • Android Emulator’s Expect Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans
  • Hacking Tools (BruteForce, DDOS, Scanners, Etc.)
  • Server Type Software’s (XAMP, ISS Etc) Expect Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers
  • Encoding Programs (Except in Encoding RDP Plans)
  • Antivirus (More Trouble Than It’s Worth)

  • Adding Other User Accounts (If You Want To Add Extra User Contact Support & Pay Extra User Fee 5$)
  • Mass Mailing & Hacking Tools (DDOS, Scanners, Etc.) Expect Spamming RDP Plans.
  • BTC & Crypto Mining Not Stricktly Allowed)
  • All Other Activities Allowed (Which Are Banned In Shared RDP Plans)

Strictly Not Allowed In Browser RDP Plan:

  • Downloading & Uploading
  • Crypto Currency Mining
  • YouTube & Facebook Watchtime
  • Compressing Files (WinRAR/7-ZIP/WinZIP Etc.)
  • Running Bots

Allowed In All Browser RDP Plan:

You can do browsing only all other task are not allowed. You can use MS Office inside Browser RDP.

Allowed In Starter & Basic RDP:

  • Request Own Software Installation (Before Installing First We Will Check Software If Meets To Our Policies Then We Will Install)
  • Basic Work
  • Downloading & Uploading
  • Personal Work
  • Compressing

Allowed In Admin RDP:

  • Install Own Basic Software’s By Yourself By Run As Administrator
  • Right-Click And Select To Run As Administrator Then Type Your Password In Blue Box
  • Do Admin Activities
  • + Basic RDP Activities

Allowed In Encoding RDP:

  • All Encoding Activities & Software Allowed
  • Only 1 Encoding Process Allowed at Same Time
  • + Allowed Basic & Admin RDP Activities

Allowed Activities In Private RDP:

  • All Other Activities Allowed Which Are Banned In Basic, Admin & Encoding RDP
  • Full Admin Access
  • Install Your Desired Software’s
