Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the PCRDP website and all RDP, VPS and dedicated server services provided under the PCRDP brand. PCRDP is operated by Amaze Internet Services Private Limited ("PCRDP", "we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person or business that registers an account or orders a service.
By placing an order or using any service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Usage Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Our Services & How Ordering Works
PCRDP provides digital remote-desktop and server services (shared RDP, private VPS, admin and residential plans, and dedicated servers). Nothing is shipped physically.
-
Order:
you register on our billing / client area (clients.rdpdatabase.com), choose a plan and pay the invoice.
-
Acceptance:
an order is only accepted once we have confirmed payment and (where needed) completed fraud or identity checks. We may decline or cancel any order.
-
Delivery:
after acceptance we set the server up and send the login details to your account email and client area. Setup times are shown on each plan; shared plans are normally delivered quickly, private and dedicated servers can take longer depending on stock and location.
-
Specifications:
plan details (CPU, RAM, storage, location, bandwidth) are as described on the product page at the time of ordering. We may substitute equal or better hardware.
Eligibility & Verification
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. We may ask for identity or payment verification before accepting an order, as described in our KYC Policy. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
Account Responsibilities & Security
-
Keep credentials safe:
you are responsible for your client-area login and for the passwords of every server you receive. Use strong, unique passwords and change the delivered password after first login.
-
Everything done with your server is your responsibility:
including activity by anyone you give access to.
-
Compromised accounts:
a server or account that appears compromised may be suspended to protect our network and other customers.
-
Licensed software:
you agree to use only licensed and lawful third-party software on your server.
Acceptable Use
All services must be used lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Usage Policy. We may investigate suspected abuse and act as described there.
Payments, Billing & Renewals
-
Advance payment:
services are prepaid. A service is set up after the first invoice is paid.
-
Payment methods:
we accept a range of payment methods shown at checkout and on our payment methods page. Your payment provider or bank may charge its own fees.
-
Renewals:
invoices are generated before the due date and sent by email. Services renew for the same period and price unless you cancel before the due date.
-
Unpaid invoices:
if an invoice is not paid by its due date the service may be suspended, and it may be terminated and its data deleted if it stays unpaid.
-
Taxes:
prices exclude any taxes that apply to your location; these are added to the invoice where required.
-
Price changes:
prices and plan resources may change for future billing periods. The price you paid is not increased during the period already paid for.
-
Billing questions:
write to billings@amazeinternet.com or open a ticket before filing a dispute.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: shared plans have a 24-hour money-back guarantee; private, admin, residential and dedicated plans are not refundable after delivery.
To cancel, submit a cancellation request from your client area (immediately or at the end of the billing period). Back up your data first: when a service is cancelled or terminated, its data is deleted and cannot be restored.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate a service, with or without notice depending on severity, if:
-
you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Usage Policy;
-
an invoice is unpaid after its due date;
-
we receive a valid abuse or legal complaint about your use of the service;
-
we suspect fraud, a chargeback or an unauthorised payment; or
-
the service is being used in a way that harms our network or other customers.
Where we terminate for cause, no refund is due. You may stop using the service at any time.
Service Availability & Maintenance
We work to keep services running and on a stable network, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, data-centre or network-provider problems and events outside our control can cause downtime. Planned maintenance may restart a server. Time lost to such events is not compensated except where we state otherwise in writing.
Backups & Data
You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for backing up your files and data. We do not provide backups unless a plan clearly says so, and we are not responsible for data loss from any cause.
Third-Party Software, IPs & Resold Services
-
Third-party software:
software or licences (for example Windows) are subject to their own vendors' terms, and a vendor's pricing or licence changes may apply to your plan.
-
IP addresses:
we may assign IP addresses to your server. You have no ownership of an IP address, and we may change or remove it for technical, security or abuse reasons.
-
Resold infrastructure:
some infrastructure or software is provided by upstream partners. Defects in such components are not a breach by us beyond the rights the partner gives to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Amaze Internet Services Private Limited and its staff harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way is subject to the competent courts in India, where Amaze Internet Services Private Limited is based.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its "Last Updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights we will tell you by email or on the website. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
