What you can and cannot do on PCRDP servers, so the network stays fast and safe for everyone.
Last Updated: October 22, 2026This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses PCRDP services operated by Amaze Internet Services Private Limited. It protects our network, our customers and third parties. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By ordering a service you agree to follow it.
Services may be used for lawful purposes only. This includes following the laws that apply to you and to us, and the rules of any third-party website or platform you connect to. Using a server for software, bots, trading, streaming, development, rendering or other automation is fine as long as it is lawful and does not break the rules below or the terms of the platforms you use.
Plans are sold with the resources shown on their product page. Bandwidth shown as unmetered or unlimited is for normal use. You must not use resources in a way that harms the network or other customers, for example sustained maximum CPU use on a shared server or traffic that degrades the network. If usage affects other customers we may ask you to reduce it, move you to a suitable plan, or restrict the service.
You are responsible for securing your server: use strong passwords, keep the operating system and software updated, and do not share access with unauthorised people. Servers that are compromised or used for illegal or irregular activity may be suspended immediately to protect other customers.
Our services do not include DDoS protection unless a plan states it, so harden your server. If your server receives a sustained attack that affects our network, we may null-route its IP for a period and, if attacks continue, suspend it. If your server is used to attack others, it will be suspended immediately and may be terminated depending on severity.
We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, issue a warning, restrict or suspend the service, terminate it, remove content, report to authorities, or pursue costs caused by the violation. Where a service is suspended or terminated for violating this AUP, no refund is due. We decide in good faith what counts as a violation.
To report abuse, spam, a copyright complaint or a security issue involving our network, write to abuse-desk@amazeinternet.com with the IP address, date/time and evidence.
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the service means you accept it.
